It is berry season and this is a great time to enjoy all the natural goodness packed in such a tiny sweet package. Berries just might be the sweetest little superfood ever. Don’t let their small size and sweet nature fool you though.

Time management no different than Waist management


As I prepare for my presentation in Miami, Florida on time management I am struck by how similar the process of time management and weight loss (waist management) are. Both are a lot easier once you make  a commitment to it and get started.

There is more than one right way of accomplishing your goal and the best way for you fits with your natural tendencies and personal likes. The quality of food and time play a big role in your success. Little consistent daily changes can compound faster than interest on your credit card ( for better and for worse). I have been wondering how to best utilize my blog. I want to pass along useful and inspiring information. Daily if not hourly I have things that I would like to share. Being rather organized usually in my approach, the haphazard way in which I have been inspired has led me to not post at all because the ideas are so random.

Today however, I have decided to surrender to the randomness of creativity and post these tidbits as they come. Deepak Chopra has been a huge inspiration and really has saved my life.

Off and Running


Well I am back at fall boot camp and I LOVE it!

Feel like I am dusting out the cobwebs of my body. It certainly gets me up early ( about 5:10 a.m.) as we start running at 5:30 – 6:30 a.m. Something very special and calm about this time of the morning.

Well I have been on call (A LOT) lately and prepping for a wellness presentaion at MGI financial this week and I have not been tending to this blog the way I had originally intended.
