I have been wondering how to best utilize my blog. I want to pass along useful and inspiring information. Daily if not hourly I have things that I would like to share. Being rather organized usually in my approach, the haphazard way in which I have been inspired has led me to not post at all because the ideas are so random.
Today however, I have decided to surrender to the randomness of creativity and post these tidbits as they come. Deepak Chopra has been a huge inspiration and really has saved my life. ( Another story for another time) I came across this video of an instruction to meditation via Dr. Oz, which I thought would be really helpful.
When I work with my health coaching clients I often talk about the value of meditation and the importance of getting clear on what they want and their intentions. Meditation is often a new practice for them. I hope you find these techniques useful.
