Meditation Techniques Demonstrated by Deepak Chopra | The Dr. Oz Show
I have been wondering how to best utilize my blog. I want to pass along useful and inspiring information. Daily if not hourly I have things that I would like to share. Being rather organized usually in my approach, the haphazard way in which I have been inspired has led me to not post at all because the ideas are so random.
Today however, I have decided to surrender to the randomness of creativity and post these tidbits as they come. Deepak Chopra has been a huge inspiration and really has saved my life. ( Another story for another time) I came across this video of an instruction to meditation via Dr. Oz, which I thought would be really helpful.
When I work with my health coaching clients I often talk about the value of meditation and the importance of getting clear on what they want and their intentions. Meditation is often a new practice for them. I hope you find these techniques useful.

Strange this post is totaly unrelated to what I was searching google for, but it was listed on the first page. I guess your doing something right if Google likes you enough to put you on the first page of a non related search.

Hi Maria
Kenn Schroder of http://www.coachingsitesthatwork.com did my website. As far as the food, etc. I picked out images that I wanted and gave Kenn an idea of what I wanted based on looking at various sites. I do like the wordpress website. It is time efficient and interactive.
